Seattle Area Racing Calendar 2021
Happy New Year, the SARC is here, let’s go sailing! One of the best parts about the fiasco of 2020 was how much local sailboat racing was still able to go on, and how much good it did for those who were able to participate. 2021 will see that trend continue, and hopefully we can be racing freely around the region soon. Below, you will find the downloadable print version, as well as the digital calendar for 2021. A google calendar version will be released a few weeks into January.
More this year than most, you’ll want to check back in on this schedule for changes and adjustments — watch for SARC updates here at 48north.com/sarc and periodically in the printed version of 48° North. Additionally, we recommend staying in contact with organizing authorities to learn the specifics of various precautions and protocols.
Our heartfelt thanks go out to the clubs and organizers who work together with us to create the SARC each year. We also couldn’t do this without the support of our advertising partners — they all support the racing community, please support them in the coming year!

We always thought the boating and sailing community needed a better events calendar to help the public know about the extraordinary number and variety of on-the-water and nautical events in Seattle, Portland, Vancouver, Victoria, and all the boaty harbors in between. This calendar is our solution, and we hope you find it fills that need. From sailboat races to swap meets, rendezvous to rallies, seminars to seafood fests, we look forward to seeing you out there!
Due to COVID-19, some events may have been cancelled or postponed. Please double check with event organizers before attending.
