Olympic View Yachts, headquartered on Bainbridge Island, has officially opened for business featuring three satellite offices in Port Hadlock, Pleasant Harbor and Gig Harbor. The main office is located at the newly renovated Eagle Harbor Marina, which features capabilities for yachts of up to 200’ in length.
Olympic View Yachts is co-owned by marina owner Bob Wise and lifelong boater and power boat specialist Allan Scozzafave. James King, a longtime Olympic Peninsula broker who is also a Coast Guard Certified Captain and ASA instructor has also joined the firm specializing in the needs of the sailing community.
“The Olympic Peninsula, especially Bainbridge Island lacks a locally owned and full-service yacht brokerage” Wise said. “The market needs a company dedicated to the needs of boaters in Kitsap, Pierce and Jefferson County and we are the only group which has marina facilities in all three. In addition to our Bainbridge office we have offices located at the Port Hadlock Marina, the Home Port Marina in Pleasant Harbor and the Harbor Place Marina in Gig Harbor.”
Olympic View Yachts has been granted membership in the Northwest Yacht Brokers Association (NYBA), which is a nonprofit marine trade group founded in 1988 consisting of hundreds of marine brokers, dealers and industry related professionals. Representing the highest professional standards in the recreational boating industry, NYBA members are committed to ensuring fair and honest business practices when buying and selling a boat.
“Each year, more and more Olympic Peninsula residents discover recreational boating and the unique opportunity our region provides. Our company is uniquely positioned to serve this group and dedicated to becoming their preferred service provider for boat brokerage, training and moorage”, Wise said.
