The Sailing Foundation has scheduled dates for the 2026 US Sailing International Offshore hands-on Safety at Sea courses and the required 5 year refresher.

Whether you’re an offshore racer, cruiser, or powerboater, taking a Safety at Sea course is an invaluable educational opportunity for skippers and crew. The Sailing Foundations courses will take place in Seattle on February 15 at Queen Anne Community Center and in Vancouver, WA on February 22 at the Marshall Center.

Registration is set to open in early December and once it does, you’ll want to sign up fast because these courses fill up quickly. To be notified when registration is available, go to the Sailing Foundation’s Safety at Sea page and sign up for the mailing list (the rest of the page has not yet been updated) https://thesailingfoundation.org/what-we-do/safety-at-sea/
