The Center for Wooden Boats is recently announced the exhibit dates of PRIMA’s Jubilee Art Exhibition “A Nautical Celebration”, a free exhibit that is open to the public.
The Pacific Rim Institute of Marine Artists (PRIMA) was founded by Austin Dwyer and Bob Bryant in 2016 to explore the possibility of forming a group of maritime artists living on or near the Pacific Rim. Over the last ten years the group has grown considerably with live and online shows throughout the West Coast.
This will be the third exhibition at the Center For Wooden Boats and as Buck Braden, President of PRIMA said “It is a great honor for PRIMA to be selected to exhibit a marine art show during the CWB’s 50th Anniversary.”
The show, which is not juried and with no prizes, was created to encourage PRIMA members to exhibit their best marine work. The exhibit includes 17 artists from throughout the West Coast and Hawaii who are participating with 37 pieces, most of which are for sale. www.cwb.org/prima-jubilee
The exhibit opened on May 6 and will close on November 8.
Come visit the exhibit at the Center for Wooden Boats, located inside Lake Union Park at 1010 Valley St, Seattle, WA.
