We always thought the boating and sailing community needed a better events calendar to help the public know about the extraordinary number and variety of on-the-water and nautical events in Seattle, Portland, Vancouver, Victoria, and all the boaty harbors in between. Carol Pearl Blakely Rock Benefit (48N Top 25)
This race is named after a beloved Sloop Tavern Yacht Club member and is a Seattle Yacht Club Grand Prix qualifying race. The course starts and ends in Shilshole Bay and sends racers on a 13.518 nautical mile course around Blakely Rock. Registration is $50, before race activities are at the Corinthian Yacht Club of Seattle clubhouse and the popular after-race party and benefit raffle is at the Sloop Tavern.
