We always thought the boating and sailing community needed a better events calendar to help the public know about the extraordinary number and variety of on-the-water and nautical events in Seattle, Portland, Vancouver, Victoria, and all the boaty harbors in between. The annual Shaw Island Winter Classic hosts two PHRF fleets—a fully crewed PHRF and a double-handed PHRF fleet. A one-design fleet may be offered if five or more in a class register in advance. Registration is advance only.
